Aquatic Safety Specialist

Join Highlands Ranch Community Association as an Aquatic Safety Specialist and contribute to the safety and well-being of our members and guests. As a key member of our aquatics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our pool facilities and enforcing organizational policies, rules, and regulations.

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Perform lifeguard duties, including responding to emergencies and providing first aid as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe pool environment, including performing light maintenance and janitorial duties.
  • Assist with written documentation, including chemical logs and incident reports.
  • Participate in special programming, such as birthday parties, and ensure a positive experience for participants.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of pool rules and regulations.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff of all ages.
  • Must successfully complete and maintain the ILTP/CPR license.
