About the Role:

As a key member of the Global Solutions team at HTK, the Senior Solution Consultant will provide technical presales support to the America sales team in identifying, qualifying, and developing innovative network solutions for customers in the LATAM market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team in identifying and developing network solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Ecosystem Partnership, Regional engagement, Console Connect Platform team, Vendor Management, and Network engineering teams to achieve financial, customer experience, innovation, and operation sustainability goals.
  • Partner with external solution providers to enhance competitiveness on agility, cost, and flexibility.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the PCCW NaaS digital platform, including Console Connect and mobility/IoT solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in global WAN networks, including IP transit, Carrier Ethernet, layer 2/3 MPLS VPN, SD-WAN, Subsea cable, and optical transport network, Content Delivery Network (CDN), and/or Internet Exchange (IX).
  • Knowledge of SDN/NFV and global Cloud platforms; certified Cloud Practitioner/Solution architect of AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
  • Good knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace, Confluence, Slack, Jira, and Trello for efficient collaboration across different functional teams.
  • Experience working in a global work environment and skilled in engaging different regions' sales and technical expertise, managing multi-partners, and coordinating global resources.
  • Strong business knowledge and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both oral and written Spanish and English.
