Job Details

At BioSpace, Inc., we are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Undergrad Interns in Operations. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project charters to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Work cross-functionally to identify problems, measure current states, develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and present findings through various forums
  • Network with colleagues across the company and participate in executive and social networking events
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
  • Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
  • Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
  • Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
  • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship OR co-op
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Junior standing with graduation in Summer 2026
  • Degree concentration(s) in Engineering, Life Science, Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Applied Mathematics or Data Science
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • VBA for Excel and SQL knowledge
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Proven leadership experience on campus (e.g., projects, clubs, organizations, sports)
