Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team.

As a Dialysis Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dialysis facility and supervising nursing personnel to ensure safe and efficient dialysis treatments for all patients. You will work closely with our dedicated team to prioritize individualized care and provide top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and staff, and provide direct patient care when needed
  • Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, and individual clinic requirements
  • Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside nurse educator
  • Coordinate DCI, QAPI, and risk management program implementation with quality and risk manager
  • Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians
  • Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medical director
  • Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCI's policies and procedures and applicable laws
  • Work closely with area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies
