Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and proactive Customer Success Agent to enhance our customer support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Competencies:
  • Routing Management: Schedule services efficiently and manage documentation related to contracts and service requests.
  • Information Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Identify and escalate significant issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Reception Duties: Assist with incoming calls as needed, particularly during high-volume periods.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in training sessions and support the development of fellow team members.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize company software and technology effectively, providing guidance to others as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts is necessary.
  • Must be free from illegal drug use.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an office or customer service environment.

Skills Required:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with customer communication and data entry.
  • Ability to schedule services using relevant software.
