Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clinical content, specifications, and documentation for our healthcare payment systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements to our methodologies, including reviewing proposed changes, defining evaluation approaches, and reviewing results.
  • Work directly with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for our IR-DRGs update using C&ER standards and methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as clinical informatics, coding, or HIM.
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, including experience with healthcare data, coding, billing, editing, and payment.
  • Strong knowledge of patient classification research and development, including inpatient and outpatient payment and risk adjustment.
  • Experience with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT coding skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and information, including presenting and training clinical concepts, coding systems, and underlying design of patient classification methodologies in healthcare.

Solventum offers a competitive salary range of $137,439 - $167,981, plus variable incentive pay, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, and paid absences.
