Certified Nursing Professional Opportunity

We are partnering with a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana to hire a skilled Certified Nursing Professional. This role requires working under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and assist team members with delegated tasks and procedures within their scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of delegated tasks and procedures.
  • Promote accurate and timely computer documentation with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in printer and fax functions.
  • Foster a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
  • Work productively under stress and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Prioritize workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe environment and therapeutic milieu based on the age of the patients served.
  • Communicate observed changes in patient behavior or activity to the RN.
Requirements Qualifications:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of a CNA program preferred.
  • License/Certification/Registry: Current certification as a nursing assistant or enrollment in a CNA training program with certification required at the end of the training period. BLS certification required. SECURE Training required within 6 months of hire, and annually thereafter.
  • Knowledge/Experience: Previous hospital or long-term care experience, including the use of medical terminology, preferred.
Compensation:

Our competitive salary is $43,000 per year, providing a stable financial foundation for your career growth.
