We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana. As a CNA with The Staff Pad, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting team members with delegated tasks and procedures.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with delegated tasks, and producing accurate and timely computer documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist team members with delegated tasks and procedures within the scope of practice.
  • Produce accurate and timely computer documentation with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of printer and fax functions.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Work productively under stress and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Provide a safe environment and therapeutic milieu based on the age of the patients served.
  • Communicate observed changes in patient behavior or activity to the RN.
RequirementsQualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of a CNA program preferred.
  • Current certification as a nursing assistant or enrollment in a CNA training program with certification required at the end of the training period. BLS certification required.
  • Previous hospital or long-term care experience, including the use of medical terminology, preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
