Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provide direct patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Assist team members with delegated tasks and procedures within the scope of practice, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Produce accurate and timely computer documentation, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and printer/fax functions.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a safe environment and therapeutic milieu for patients.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred, with successful completion of a CNA program preferred.
  • License/Certification/Registry: Current certification as a nursing assistant or enrollment in a CNA training program with certification required at the end of the training period. BLS certification required, and SECURE Training within 6 months of hire, annually thereafter.
  • Knowledge/Experience: Previous hospital or long-term care experience, including the use of medical terminology, is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
