Position Overview:

As a key contributor at eTeam Inc, you will play a vital role in enhancing our Marketing operations through detailed analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of existing Marketing workflows and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement, while ensuring comprehensive documentation of process advancements.
  • Engage in data collection, root cause investigations, and the formulation of improvement strategies, alongside necessary adjustments to process controls.
  • Map out and document interdependencies between new and existing workflows, pinpointing potential areas for optimization.
  • Act as a change advocate, guiding business stakeholders through the transition to innovative operational methodologies.
  • Deliver training and educational sessions on updates, enhancements, and procedural modifications to stakeholders and management.
  • Provide mentorship to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative environment (note: this role does not include direct reports).
  • Identify and address potential challenges or obstacles, escalating issues as required.
  • Serve as a driving force for ongoing business process enhancement.
  • Oversee the governance and quality assurance of all process deliverables within a centralized process mapping repository.
  • Implement change management practices, evaluating the impact of changes and ensuring formal approval from all affected stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand, and Creative teams.
  • Proven track record in business process enhancement (DMAIC); Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) and expertise in process improvement, documentation, mapping, and design.
  • Ability to produce detailed process flow diagrams, document key performance indicators, and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
  • Capability to comprehend and leverage technical concepts creatively for process innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in designing target operating models that align with strategic, customer, and business needs, utilizing data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, workshop facilitation, interviewing, project management, and creative problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various business functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment, working alongside colleagues to drive initiatives to successful completion in a dynamic, matrixed setting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, and other process mapping and analysis software.
  • Experience with Process Mining tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies is a plus.
