ADP is seeking a PreSales Solutions Consultant.

In this position, you will act as a trusted consultant for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in ADP services and consulting capabilities, you will address their most pressing business challenges: Compliance in Human Resources, Technological Solutions in Human Resources, and strategies that allow them to concentrate on their core operations. You will enhance sales performance by collaborating closely with our sales teams to identify, develop, and present strategies for Human Capital Management and ADP solutions to clients, utilizing the latest communication techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications for Success:

A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory. What truly matters is possessing the skills necessary for the role. Acceptable experience may include:
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Military experience, which can provide valuable skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the HR/Payroll sector or relevant technical certifications.
