We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carolina House, a leading provider of eating disorder and mental health treatment programming. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This dynamic role will involve providing care and support to patients with diverse needs, including those with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience in psychiatric, mental health, or substance abuse nursing.
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
