Senior PCA Program Educator

About the Position:
Tempus Unlimited is searching for an experienced educator to lead its Senior Skills Training program.
This role involves educating consumers on how to effectively manage their PCA services, assessing their abilities, and developing personalized training plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, counseling, or social work and be familiar with PCA programs and disability support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual consumer needs
- Conduct assessments to determine consumer abilities and create customized training plans
- Maintain accurate records of consumer progress and training activities
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in teaching, counseling, or social work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with PCA programs and disability support services
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00
- Full-time position with 35 hours of work per week
