Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Living Specialist to join our team at Tempus Unlimited Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing consumers' ability to manage PCA services and training them on how to successfully manage their consumer-directed hands-on care.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing services for persons with disabilities and knowledge of PCA programs. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a GED or high school diploma is required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on the location in Worcester, MA.

About the Role:

  • Familiarity with Independent Living philosophy and consumer control principles is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to navigate databases and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook are required.
  • Travel is required for this position, and a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary.
