About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to educate consumers on how to successfully manage their personal care attendant services. As a Senior Care Management Skills Educator, you will be responsible for assessing consumers' abilities, training them in necessary skills, and ensuring compliance with Mass Health regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess consumer needs and develop personalized training plans
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to consumers and their surrogates
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and progress notes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and database navigation
  • Bilingualism (Russian) is preferred but not required

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00. The job requires travel within a 60-mile radius, so a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential. Mileage reimbursement is also provided.
