Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high-performing used truck inventory to meet customer demands.
- Conduct market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Study market trends to identify opportunities for acquiring high-quality, low-mileage units.
- Monitor customer preferences and sales history to inform inventory decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and monitor a follow-up system for used truck purchasers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of commercial dealership truck sales experience.
- Commercial driver's license.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
