We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team at Phoenix Counseling & Crisis Centers. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients struggling with mental health and substance abuse difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Deliver basic patient care and treatment, including administering prescribed medications and educating patients on medical treatments.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Prepare Medical Tools and Equipment: Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment for patient use.
- Develop Patient Relationships: Build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care to promote positive outcomes.
- Experience: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields is required.
- Skills: Familiarity with medical tools and equipment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a compassionate and caring demeanor.
