Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health/Substance Use Clinician to join our team at Phoenix Counseling & Crisis Centers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Person-Centered Plans to address the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Provide individual and group counseling, as well as psycho-educational groups, to promote recovery and skill-building.
  • Collaborate with community resources and natural supports to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer drug screens and provide supervision to unlicensed professional staff.
  • Document services and billing information accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in a human services field and two years of related experience working with the mental health/substance use population. A valid clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC, or LMFT, is also required.

Additionally, you must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and adequate automobile insurance. Travel is required as part of this position, and occasional lifting/moving of at least 25 pounds may be necessary.
