Mental Health/Substance Use Clinician

At Phoenix Counseling & Crisis Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health/Substance Use Clinician to join our team. As a licensed behavioral health professional, you will provide comprehensive services to individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Person-Centered Plans to address consumer needs.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling, as well as psycho-educational groups to promote recovery.
- Collaborate with consumers, community stakeholders, and other employees to ensure effective treatment and support.
- Document progress, maintain accurate service and billing records, and meet productivity standards.
- Attend training and continuing education to maintain licensure and credentialing.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a human services field and two years of related experience.
- Valid clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC, or LMFT.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and adequate automobile insurance.
