Job Opportunity

Carolina Therapeutic Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to provide behavioral interventions to individuals in need. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and their support circles to promote holistic health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral health services and supports to individuals based on established goals
  • Provide services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, ensuring symptom reduction and progress towards goals
  • Document interactions with clients within 24 hours of service delivery in our electronic health record system
  • Respond to client needs and crisis situations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field or related field
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) credentialing
  • High School diploma with 5 years of mental health experience or equivalent
