Key Responsibilities- Review prescriptions in queue for safety and accuracy, taking into account patient allergies, weight, renal function, and lab test results.
- Make recommendations for alternative medications or dosages as needed.
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to provide expert pharmacy guidance and support.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless medication ordering and dispensing processes.
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with approved internship and/or residency.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas or graduate intern.
- PharmD preferred, but not required.
- Previous acute care experience preferred, but not required.
- A competitive hourly rate of $71.16.
