Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Team Development Specialist to join our team at Rocky Mountain Clinic, St James Hospital. This role will focus on developing Medical Assistant teams and leads, emphasizing workflows and team building.
Responsibilities:- Develop and coach Medical Assistants (MA)
- Create MA and MA lead clinic orientation and training materials
- Educate MA staff on quality improvement strategies
- Cochange providers and MAs on building trusting work relationships
- Implement quality improvement recommendations
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) course completion card from the American Heart Association
- Bachelor's of Nursing
- Preferred: 3+ years of clinical nursing experience and leadership/management experience
