Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Intermountain Health. This role will provide clinical expertise and leadership in the Wound Care/Ostomy and Hyperbaric department, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care while combining significant leadership responsibilities, including staff management and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Delegating and coordinating care to ensure safe and efficient practices while fostering a culture of quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
  • Supports the fundamentals of safety, quality, experience, and stewardship by providing clinical expertise and leadership to their department or departments.
  • Has accountability for coordination of a cohort of caregivers and actively participates in the overall operations, development of in-practice, and provision of patient care with specified accountabilities for implementation and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous high-volume clinic experience in an outpatient setting is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in acute medical surgical nursing is also required.
  • Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
Salary Information

The hourly range for this position is $80-$120. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
