Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Manage existing business relationships and implement marketing initiatives to drive growth
- Implement national and regional contractual agreements to ensure compliance and maximize revenue
- Provide routine performance reporting and work closely with local distributor branches to service the territory
- Utilize available sales support resources to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
- 3-5 years of proven success in medical device sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and large account management skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage internal and external budgets and resources, conduct pre-call planning, and prioritize and segment accounts
