Key Responsibilities:

As an Audit Senior, your primary duties will involve:
  • Collaborating with accountants, managers, and partners on diverse client projects
  • Planning, directing, and reviewing all stages of engagements, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Developing expertise in specific industries to provide management advisory and consulting services
  • Preparing engagement workpapers, financial statements, and related reports
  • Conducting research and applying innovative solutions in line with accounting and auditing standards
  • Building strong relationships with client personnel overseeing accounting functions
  • Overseeing and reviewing the work of junior accountants
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members
  • Ensuring all audit and accounting tasks are executed efficiently and meet professional standards

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of audit and attest experience within a CPA firm
  • CPA certification or in the process of obtaining it
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues clearly
  • Strong analytical abilities in financial matters
  • Exceptional client service orientation
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Caseware, Caseview, and Suralink is advantageous


Educational Background:

Applicants should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Coursework sufficient for CPA licensure
