As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects, focusing on business-process enhancements and implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the client technology team to coordinate and implement Entertainment and Meetings-related projects
- Deliver projects within allocated time and resource targets and satisfy the defined scope and quality
- Ensure performance measurements comply with departmental/project Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)
- Utilize Apple tools (Filemaker, Mira) to help with project implementation and ongoing development
- Utilize other third-party tools (Wrike, Quip, Miro, or current project management software tool) for plan management and departmental reporting
- Previous experience in a qualified project management role
- Advanced knowledge of iWork Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional, concise, and mature written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to validate that suggested process solutions will meet the client's expectations
- Strong technical skills in Sabre, Online booking tools, and Event Management tools

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
