Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing residential properties and addressing tenant concerns and lease violations.
- Maximizing occupancy levels and ensuring prompt rent and fee collection.
- Preparing and managing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handling accounts payable, petty cash, and all financial transactions with accuracy.
- Promoting a collaborative and harmonious atmosphere among staff and residents.
- Working with Corporate to enhance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Facilitating a smooth transition with the current property manager to ensure ongoing success.

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in managing and leasing residential units.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Strong market knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with AppFolio, CAM, or ARM is a significant advantage.
