Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing residential properties and addressing tenant concerns and lease violations.
  • Maximizing occupancy levels and ensuring prompt rent and fee collection.
  • Preparing and managing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Handling accounts payable, petty cash, and all financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Promoting a collaborative and harmonious atmosphere among staff and residents.
  • Working with Corporate to enhance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Facilitating a smooth transition with the current property manager to ensure ongoing success.

  • 2+ years of experience in managing and leasing residential units.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with AppFolio, CAM, or ARM is a significant advantage.
