Office Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team at The Galvan Law Firm. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Carry out human resources tasks and office administration duties as needed
  • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards
  • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective, including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
  • Lead office management, including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of law firm management experience preferred
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
