Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Jurist Doctor (J.D.) degree, be licensed to practice in Texas, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and/or corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and corporate transactional documents
  • Advise clients on business matters
  • Manage transactions from start to finish
  • Negotiate business legal terms for clients
Qualifications
  • Jurist Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in Texas
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate and/or corporate transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with a mindset to resolving problems for clients
