We are looking for a bubbly and friendly bilingual legal receptionist for our growing law firm This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant team in Sugar Land, TX, and become a part of a COMPASSIONATE group dedicated to excellence We are a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) who embodies integrity, empathy, and excellence. We specialize in Personal Injury Law, and we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or reception by phone. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about advancing their career with us, demonstrating compassion, and fostering clear communication. In addition to maintaining a POSITIVE attitude with professionalism and integrity, the perfect candidate will resonate with the core values of compassion, accountability, proactive issue resolution, service-mindedness, and unwavering honesty in all dealings.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $38,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet visitors to our office with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Efficiently handle and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and organizing medical records and correspondence
  • Ensure the office space is consistently clean, organized, and presentable
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Monitor and maintain break room supplies and presentation
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for team members
  • Uphold the firm's professional image by demonstrating integrity and empathy
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Take ownership of maintaining a welcoming and inviting office environment
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in SPANISH is a mandatory requirement for this role; proficiency in Spanish is a non-negotiable aspect of this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of legal reception experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience involving phone communication is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities are crucial for creating positive initial impressions with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Proficiency in technology, including: Microsoft Office products, calendars, and video conference software is a must, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Friendly and patient telephone etiquette is a fundamental requirement for this role.

  • Demonstrating the capability to prioritize and manage multiple calls and tasks effectively is key.
