Collections Specialist I

The Collections Specialist I plays a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collections. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service or collections is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
