Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate's degree in Accounting or Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service or collections is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
