Join Our Team as a Seasonal Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor hotel status and inventory to ensure adequate supplies for your shift.
  • Receive updates from the previous shift regarding ongoing matters.
  • Prepare essential documents for guest arrivals, including key cards and welcome materials.
  • Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests promptly upon their arrival.
  • Assist guests with various inquiries, including:
    • Reservations
    • Guest history
    • Check-in and check-out procedures

Guest Registration Assistance:

  • Guide guests through the registration process, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate lifts and coordinate with bell staff for luggage assistance.
  • Review shift reports for important updates.
  • Follow established procedures for guest check-ins and room key management.
  • Maintain a readiness to assist guests without delay.
  • Handle guest information discreetly and professionally.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Address minor guest complaints promptly while escalating significant issues to management.
  • Ensure guests settle all bills during check-out.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Familiarize yourself with operational tools and systems.
  • Stay informed about Food and Beverage offerings and their operational hours to provide recommendations.
  • Report to work on time, dressed in the correct uniform and name tag.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
  • Comply with all safety and risk assessment protocols.

Lost and Found Protocol:

  • Adhere to Lost and Found procedures diligently.
  • Promptly report and submit any lost items.
  • Notify management of any valuables left unattended.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensure proper upkeep of equipment in your designated area.
  • Report any maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Collaboration:

  • Work cooperatively with colleagues and coordinate closely with the Guest Services Assistant Manager and other departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Kiosk area at all times.

Communication:

  • Engage with other departments to enhance guest services.

Health, Safety, and Security Compliance:

  • Follow established safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Report any new risks to your supervisor promptly.
  • Adhere to safe working practices and procedures.
  • In case of incidents, ensure timely reporting to the duty manager.

Note: Responsibilities may vary based on operational needs.

Compensation: USD $17.64/Hr.
