Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of our residents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for them to thrive. You will work closely with our care partners to develop assignments and maintain resident care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in our Assisted Living/Memory Support community
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with care partners
  • Ensure resident safety and well-being
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience in Memory Support, preferably with individuals living with dementia
