Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of our residents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for them to thrive. You will work closely with our care partners to develop assignments and maintain resident care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in our Assisted Living/Memory Support community
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with care partners
- Ensure resident safety and well-being
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in Memory Support, preferably with individuals living with dementia
