Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assist with care as directed and consistent with your scope of practice and competency.
- Manage medication passing and assist with care planning as needed.
- Review, transcribe, communicate, and implement physician orders, obtaining RN signature as required by state regulations or company policy.
- Document care performed and observations of resident status in the clinical record promptly.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
- Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
