POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary duty of this position is to prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs of residents, adhering to community guidelines and food safety regulations under the supervision of the Food Service Director. You will also be responsible for complying with health, sanitation, and infection control standards, ensuring that the community's established practices and procedures are followed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles
- Strong English communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and attention to detail
- Able to collaborate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and community members
- Commitment to safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability to accommodate assigned shifts
Experience:
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
Shift and Wage:
- Available Full-Time and Part-Time positions
