Lafrance Hospitality is seeking a skilled Hotel Bistro Cook to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA.

This role involves preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure food is presented beautifully and served at the appropriate temperatures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
  • Previous cooking experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work mornings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
