We are seeking a skilled Clinical Partner II to join our team at SSM Health. As a Clinical Partner II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Assist in performing a variety of nursing care services for patients, including bathing, ambulating, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Collect and document data for patient assessments and reassessments, and provide appropriate data to licensed nurses for analysis and validation.
- Contribute to safety and quality care by relaying information via charting and communicating with team members.
- Assist with delegated clerical duties, such as answering telephones and preparing patient medical records.
- Orient new patients and families to the nursing unit and provide education on patient care and services.
- Passing grade on state of work location required exam.
- No experience required.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
- Frequent use of vision for distances near and far, and to identify and distinguish colors.
