Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Best Western Premier Great Northern Hotel Helena. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, providing exceptional service to our guests, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Verification: Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and final bill preparation.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required, including compiling and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
  • Front Desk Duties: Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, and responding to guest inquiries.
Requirements
  • Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency is required, with experience in accounting or reservation software preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Availability: Overnight shift; requires flexible hours and the ability to work without supervision.
