Territory Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Role Overview:
As a Territory Sponsorship Sales Representative, you will oversee a specific geographic area, nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking new sponsorship opportunities to boost revenue for Kidspired Media and our affiliated clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure new sponsorships.
2. Maintain and manage relationships with current sponsors.
3. Engage consistently within the community, employing a grassroots strategy that involves daily interactions with local businesses.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets for your designated area.
5. Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling proposals for potential sponsors at various levels—local, regional, and national.
6. Ensure sponsor satisfaction by liaising effectively with partner organizations.
7. Gain insights into the target audience and key trends affecting our partner sports associations.
8. Maintain regular communication with the Kidspired operations support team.
9. Draft and prepare sponsorship agreements in line with company policies.
10. Contribute to team discussions regarding sales and sponsorship experiences to promote organizational growth.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales is essential.
- Familiarity with minor sports is advantageous.
- Proven track record of closing sales successfully.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license is required.
