  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and successful program.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to school district and OSAA requirements.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a cohesive and supportive athletic department.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and coaching techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in golf, with a strong background in the sport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification and OSAA concussion management training.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with others and contribute to a positive team environment.

Working Conditions:

The Golf Coach will work primarily outdoors, with occasional indoor duties. The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to away games and tournaments.
