Job Summary
Aon is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager for Health and Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective financial solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial activities for assigned clients, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide expert financial guidance to clients, including financial planning and budgeting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in health and benefits underwriting, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in self-insured and fully insured funding arrangements.
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Appropriate Insurance License/Life and Health or willingness to obtain license as soon as possible.
