Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial activities for assigned clients, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to clients, including financial planning and budgeting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in health and benefits underwriting, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong proficiency in self-insured and fully insured funding arrangements.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Appropriate Insurance License/Life and Health or willingness to obtain license as soon as possible.
