As a result of our ongoing expansion, we are in search of a Financial Analyst to enhance our vibrant accounting team. This position offers a hybrid/flexible work schedule.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group, has consolidated a portion of the highly skilled workforce from both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast, forming a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to better serve our clients. The LiRo Group is a firm of 1100 professionals with multiple offices.



Responsibilities
  • Support corporate accounting in managing the reporting and control of the monthly closing process, as well as quarterly and annual forecasting and planning.
  • Analyze financial outcomes; monitor variances; identify trends; and recommend actions to management.
  • Develop and oversee information systems for tracking project progress and managing reporting systems.
  • Adhere to established procedures to assess project outcomes concerning schedule, costs, client relationships, quality, activities, and other performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business unit leaders to manage objectives, goals, and performance, while also coordinating with the estimating department.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in performing the key responsibilities outlined.
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the engineering, architecture, or construction industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project control principles related to budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, change control, forecasting, and financial principles.
  • Advanced skills in developing pivot tables and macros in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with colleagues, supervisors, managers, clients, and others as required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to manage complex projects with multiple phases.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.

Compensation: Minimum: $80,000; Maximum: $100,000. The range provided reflects the salary that the Firm believes, in good faith, it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidates' qualifications and location.

The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
