- Work Order Creation: Create work orders and maintain a work in progress board to ensure efficient project management.
- Insurance Carrier Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all insurance carrier requirements are met.
- Documentation Review: Review and validate initial field documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Preliminary Estimates: Create preliminary estimates for clients.
- Job File Management: Complete and review job file documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control: Review complete job files for accuracy and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete.
- Administrative Experience: 3+ years of administrative or office-related experience required.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to pick up new proprietary software.
- Communication Skills: Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Auditing, Estimating, or Accounting Experience: Auditing, estimating, or accounting experience is helpful but not required.
- Xactimate or Xactanalysis Experience: 2+ years experience with Xactimate or Xactanalysis is a plus.
- Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration Experience: Water, fire, and mold restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required.
