Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects assigned to you. You will also develop project plans, execute approved internal/external projects, and enhance project management toolsets and methodologies. Additionally, you will submit project-specific status reports and integrate project level status reporting according to the Portfolio Coordinator project reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and track projects assigned to you
- Develop project plans and submit them for review and approval by the government
- Execute approved internal/external projects to meet defined milestones
- Enhance project management toolsets, methodologies, and practices
- Submit project-specific status reports
- Integrate project level status reporting according to the Portfolio Coordinator project reporting standards

Requirements
- Experience with project management tools such as Service Now, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills in the English language
- Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others
- ITIL v4 foundation knowledge
- Ability to apply and provide feedback on service operation model and practices
- PMP Certified preferred
