About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Lockhart Electric, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and specifications
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to effectively manage project stages
  • Coordinate internal and external schedules, update stakeholders, and prepare vital documentation
  • Conduct site visits and perform inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Monitor job progress and address any issues that arise
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
