- Monitor and present reports on limits, underlying policies, premiums, and policy counts as required.
- Examine referral and authority patterns; compile and manage renewal lists and pipeline reports as instructed.
- Engage in digitization initiatives, consolidate guided underwriting components, and validate web scraping processes.
- Ensure adherence to strategies and forms attachment across various systems and portfolio segments.
- Keep track of high-severity portfolios and emerging risks, working closely with the business analytics team.
- Collaborate with Home Office Line of Business/Industry Practice Managers, Analytics, Actuaries, Claims, and Corporate Catastrophe teams.
- Lead assigned casualty projects within the CI framework.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Relevant experience in underwriting or data analytics is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial underwriting and insurance industry principles and practices.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and project management.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities essential for integrating underwriting strategies, regulations, and modeling concepts.
• Experience or interest in insurance pricing models and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree required.
