Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling new lines, renewals, and endorsements for Custom Solutions products, including Workers Compensation, Custom policies, and Group Personal Excess. This role requires strong customer service skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new lines, renewals, and endorsements for Custom Solutions products
* Partner with Underwriters to provide accurate policies and certificates
* Resolve premium discrepancies and prepare accounts for renewal
* Demonstrate strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
* Manage multiple priorities and work independently to support team goals
Requirements
* College degree preferred or relevant experience
* Strong Masterpiece knowledge/background experience preferred and/or Personal Lines Insurance knowledge
* Knowledge of Chubb PRS systems a plus
