Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member at Jason's Deli. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take customer orders and handle payments in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
  • Learn and operate the Aloha register system and other point-of-sale equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in high school or a certified G.E.D. program preferred
  • At least six months of work experience required, unless currently attending high school, college, or a technical or vocational school
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as counting change correctly
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively
