Project Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced construction Project Executive to join our team at Jobot.

About the Role:

As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction project teams, specifically in the higher education or healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
  • Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals are met
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Manage and mentor project team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing subcontractor relationships
