AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead their ITAM team.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network firewalls.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, or web portal.
  • Configure and provision systems for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to established processes to meet defined SLAs.
  • Utilize remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests, when necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, macOS, and iPhone.
  • A strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
  • Active Directory knowledge and experience.
  • Kaseya experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision.
Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • Senior-level Tech Support experience (5 years minimum).
  • Active Directory knowledge and experience.
  • Kaseya experience.
  • Network firewall and switch administration and maintenance.
  • Microsoft Desktop operating systems certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to customer locations when required.
